No extensions are granted. If your access period expires before you finish, you will need to re-enroll to complete the course(s).

Courses that have expired, students who are no longer employed by the purchasing organization, or students who do not pass the final exam within three (3) attempts are not eligible for credit, extensions, or refunds, regardless of progress made or time remaining at the time of ineligibility.

To ensure your progress is accurately recorded, you must click “Mark as Complete” at the bottom of each lecture page after watching the lecture and/or completing any associated quizzes.

If you miss this step, your progress will not be marked as complete. To correct this, simply navigate back to the incomplete sections using the menu and click “Mark as Complete” for each one.

Yes. We partner with multiple professional boards to offer continuing education (CE) and continuing medical education (CME) credits, helping you meet licensing requirements while advancing your expertise.

The Credentialing Information page provides an overview of all CE/CME approvals we hold. However, you should always refer to each training’s homepage for the most current and specific approval details for your profession.

Credit availability varies by profession and by course. Each course homepage lists the specific CE/CME credits available for that training, including professions, boards, and approval details. Check the homepage for your course:

• Complex Conversations in Healthcare
• Perinatal Loss and Grief
• Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders
• The Expectant Therapist

If your profession is listed but your specific licensing or certification body is not, contact them directly to ask about reciprocal approval. Many boards will:

• Allow you to submit for CE credit on your own, or
• Accept activities approved by another licensing board.

For courses offering CE/CME credit, a Certificate of Completion is only issued after you fully complete all course requirements.

To receive your certificate, you must:

• View all lectures in full and complete all quizzes.

• Score at least 80% on the Final Exam (multiple-choice and true/false).

• Complete and submit the post-course Evaluation Form (available after passing the Final Exam).

Once all steps are completed, your certificate will be automatically emailed to you. If you have completed the Evaluation Form but haven’t received your certificate, please check your spam folder.

Certificates are not issued for free courses or for courses that do not offer CE/CME credit.

Students who do not pass the final exam may request a retake by emailing [email protected].

• Students are allowed up to three (3) attempts to pass.

• If a student fails all three attempts, they must re-enroll and pay full tuition to retake the course.

Students:
Full-time students enrolled in an accredited graduate mental health program qualify for a 15% discount. Proof of enrollment is required to access this offer. Please email [email protected] from your school-associated email address with proof of enrollment.

Military:
Veterans, active-duty service members, and military spouses qualify for a 15% discount. Proof of military service is required to access this offer. Please email [email protected] with documentation verifying your service.

• The request is submitted within seven (7) days of purchase

• Less than 50% of the course has been completed

• No certificate of completion has been issued

• Transfers are only permitted if no more than 30 minutes of course content has been viewed.
