Students have six (6) months from the date of registration to complete all individually purchased courses, as well as the Maternal Mental Health Intensive: Two-Course Bundle and the PMH-C Recertification Bundle.

For courses purchased as part of a Three-, Four-, or Five-Course Bundle, students have one (1) year from the date of registration to complete all coursework.

Courses that have expired, students who are no longer employed by the purchasing organization, or students who do not pass the final exam within three attempts are not eligible for credit, extensions, or refunds—regardless of progress made or time remaining at the time of ineligibility.

To ensure your progress is accurately recorded, you must click “Mark as Complete” at the top of each lecture page after watching the lecture and completing any associated quizzes.

If you miss this step, your progress will not be marked as complete. To correct this, simply navigate back to the incomplete sections using the menu on the left and click “Mark as Complete” for each one.

To be eligible for continuing education credit, students must:

• View all lectures in full

• Complete all quizzes

• Achieve a minimum score of 80% or higher on the final exam

• Complete the post-course evaluation, which is available after passing the final exam

• Click “Complete and Continue” at the top of each lecture page to ensure accurate progress tracking

Continuing education credit is only issued upon full completion of the course and post-course evaluation. Partial credit is not available.

To receive your certificate, you must complete the entire course, which includes:

• Scoring 80% or higher on the Final Exam

• Submitting the post-course Evaluation Survey

Once both requirements are fulfilled, your certificate of completion will be automatically issued via email.

If you have completed your Evaluation Survey and are waiting for a certificate, please check your spam folder.

Continuing education credit varies by course. Please refer to the individual course homepage for specific credit information and accreditation details.

Students who do not pass the final exam may request a retake by emailing [email protected].

• Students are allowed up to three (3) attempts to pass

• If a student fails all three attempts, they must re-enroll and pay full tuition to retake the course

Refunds may be granted (minus credit card processing fees) if the following conditions are met:

• The request is submitted within seven (7) days of purchase

• Less than 50% of the course has been completed

• No certificate of completion has been issued

Transfer requests must be submitted within one (1) week of the original purchase.

• Transfers are only permitted if no more than 30 minutes of course content has been viewed.

• You may transfer to a course of equal or lesser value; no refund is issued for the price difference.

• If transferring to a higher-priced course, the tuition difference must be paid at the time of the request.
